Up to 4 banner ads can be displayed on each page of  ibuymobile.co.uk. We are selling space on the highest traffic pages of the site.

Advertisers pay per month for their advert to be displayed. Statistics will be provided at the end of the campaign.

How to book your banner ad

  1. Fill out the easy-to-complete booking form.
  2. Email this form to us at advertise@ibuymobile.co.uk. We accept payment via paypal and cheque. Please make paypal payment to payment@sinusnode.com or send a cheque payable to The Sinus Node Ltd at 2 Mulberry Mead HATFIELD Hertfordshire AL10 9EN.
  3. We will confirm the booking as soon as we received the booking form and your payment.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all banner advertising on ibuymobile.co.uk.

The Terms and Conditions of Use of the ibuymobile.co.uk Website (“the Main Terms”: please see the Link below) apply and the definitions contained in them have the same meanings when used in these terms and conditions. References to “Terms and Conditions” mean the Main Terms and the terms and conditions set out below.

1. By placing an order you warrant that your advertisement is legal, decent, honest and truthful complying with the British Codes of Advertising and Sales Promotion, with any relevant codes of practice and with all requirements of current legislation and that it contains nothing that is defamatory, or that infringes the proprietary or other rights of any third party.

2. The placing of an order by you constitutes a representation and guarantee that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks or other artwork to be included in the advertisement are owned by you or that all necessary authority and permission has been secured from the rightful owner for the use of each of these elements.

3. All advertisements will be accepted only on the express condition that you warrant that the advertisement does not in any way contravene the provisions of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968.

4. Banner advertisements will be allocated on a first come first served basis upon receipt of the completed booking form and advertisement details.

5. We reserve the right to review and change advertising rates and the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any changes we may make from time to time.

6. We have absolute discretion to refuse any application for banner advertising on any grounds whatsoever as we think fit.

7. Payment must be received before or at the time of booking.

8. You agree to be fully responsible for, and indemnify us against, all claims, proceedings, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, suffered by us and arising out of any breach of the Terms and Conditions by you.
